Salcito Custom Homes provides maintenance and property management services for clients throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. We provide a one stop shop and single source accountability for home inspections, warranty and regularly scheduled maintenance. Deferred maintenance can be costly, so we take a proactive approach. Our Menu of Services is comprehensive and is built with 20+ years’ experience managing homes, and 44+ years’ experience building custom homes. We are currently managing properties ranging from 4,500 air-conditioned square feet, up to sprawling multi-building equestrian estates. We tailor our Menu of Services to meet the specific needs of our clients, knowing that every home is different, and that every client requires different frequencies of service.

Custom Care Turnkey Preventative Home Maintenance Program
Our homes are built with the latest in energy-efficient and technologically advanced building materials and electronic and low voltage systems. Our home concierge and home maintenance program provides regularly scheduled maintenance and upkeep of all of those systems. We take on all of that ongoing care effort so that you don’t have to. We pride ourselves on providing a single source responsibility for scheduling and supervision. Our goal is to make the entire ongoing care effort worry free.
